short-pie crust

  • 3/4 c AP flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 5 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  1. process flour, salt and butter until it resembles sine bread crumbs.
  2. process water until it forms a loose ball.
  3. gather ball together and wrap in plastic and store in fridge, 30 minutes.
  4. roll out dough thinly and shape as you see fit.
